Hide IP Software Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Hide IP software, contact us within 3 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 3 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

Any software purchased on CDs must be unopened and returned within 3 days of purchase. CDs must be received and processed before a refund will be issued.

All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Hide IP Software reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
