No, Hide IP NG only works with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, but Hide iP NG works when you download the torrent file with browsers.

Does Hide IP NG work when my computer is in the enterprise net / LAN / behind a router?
Hide IP NG can work in any condition as long as you can visit google and yahoo. You can even assign different IPs for different computers! (must have Hide IP NG installed on each computer you want to hide IP address)
How can I access a site that blocks me?
First use our product Delete Cookie to delete the cookies from this site. Then run Hide IP NG and register a new ID with this site. Visit this site with Hide IP NG on and always use your new ID.
Will my credit card be charged automatically when my subscription expire?
No, you have to buy another license if you still want to use our products.
When I'm launching program it says "new version is needed".
What do I do?
When we add a new feature or have some serious bugs fixed we'll ask you to update to the latest version.
1. If Hide IP NG is running please right click on the tray icon of Hide IP NG and select "Exit".
2. Download the latest version of Hide IP NG at:
http://www.hide-ip-soft.com/download.htm
3. Install the new version you downloaded.
You don't have to uninstall the old version but it must be shut down before installing the new version.
Do I need to pay if I upgrade to a new version of Hide IP NG?
No, all upgrades are free! Always use the latest version of Hide IP NG to keep the best performance.
How to uninstall Hide IP NG?
1. Close Hide IP NG by right clicking on the tray icon of Hide IP NG and selecting Exit.
2. Windows Start Menu -> Hide IP NG -> Uninstall.
How to setup a Firewall to let Hide IP NG access the Internet?

When I close Hide IP NG I can't surf with Firefox.
This happens when you close Firefox before closing Hide IP NG. Just restart Hide IP NG and Firefox. Then close Hide IP NG first. If you have uninstalled Hide IP NG please use Hide IP NG Clear Proxy Settings Tool to clear your Firefox proxy settings.
Can I use one license code on two computers?
Hide-IP-Soft.com programs is licensed on a "per-computer" basis. This means that you must purchase a license for each separate computer that it will be installed or used on, regardless of the number of people using the computers. If you wish to run multiple copies of programs, a site license is required.
